Responsibilities
- Managing and delivering the day-to-day operations of assigned HR duties and tasks
- Supporting the implementation of group HR initiatives and systems
- Maintaining, updating, and filing of employee’s records
- Assisting in performance management processes including staff performance counselling and updating employment confirmation
- Administering HR management system
- Handling employee queries. Primary contact for the employees and business line leaders that seeking support on HR processes, policies, etc
- Assisting in special projects as and when needed
- Preparing headcount and movement reports
Requirements
- Minimum 7 years work experience
- Has held a Manager position for more than 2 years
- Proficient in Microsoft words, Excel. Experience in using HR system is an added advantage.
- Good written and spoken English and Mandarin
- Good interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
- High degree of independence
- Ability to multi-task oriented with excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Good software skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
