Shipping & Customer Supports Executive

Responsibilities:

To assist manager in the smooth flow of day-to-day customer supports and shipping issues and matters. 

  • To liaise with customers in all aspects of sales and marketing from inquiries to complaints
  • To ensure smooth flow of customers order from productions to deliveries
  • Work closely with intercompany, forwarding agents and transporters, to ensure timely execution of local deliveries, inbound and outbound shipments

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma in Business Studies or related discipline
  • Possess 2 years working experience in related field 
  • Possess shipping knowledge, well verse in inbound and outbound shipping procedures/operations and custom requirements
  • Computer literate, proficient in MS Office applications
  • Self-motivated, responsible, details and results oriented with high integrity, honesty and professionalism
  • Possess positive attitude, team spirit and good interpersonal skill
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision
