Job Overview: As an Influencer Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing influencer marketing strategies tailored to the Chinese market. Your primary goal will be to enhance brand visibility, drive engagement, and increase conversions through effective collaborations with key influencers on IG/XHS.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategy Development:

• Create and implement comprehensive influencer marketing strategies specific to the IG/XHS platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and prospect potential clients across various industries
• Promote KASS’s leading IP services to meet client needs
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to foster repeat business
• Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve and exceed sales targets
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform sales strategies
• Provide valuable feedback to the marketing and product development teams to enhance service offerings

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales, business development, or related fields
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build and nurture lasting client relationships
• Knowledge of intellectual property concepts or a keen interest in learning
• Familiarity with the local IP landscape and industry trends is a plus
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with the ability to work independently
• Excellent presentation and public speaking skills
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
• Experience in the IP industry is advantageous
• The ability to converse in Mandarin is a bonus
