As part of the Infrastructure and Security team, this role will help lead cyber security efforts, securing our sensitive data and critical assets from current and emerging threats, and be the primary technical contact for all information security tooling, security risk and incident mitigation efforts, and documentation in our APAC region. This role will also work closely with the Lead Cyber Security Engineer and cross-functional teams to ensure that our organization’s systems are compliant with industry best practices and regulatory standards.

The Cloud Network and Cyber Security Engineer will provide security and configuration expertise and will work with functional leaders on broad technical initiatives around design, implementation, rollout, and monitoring of cloud enterprise systems in support of Keypath’s global cyber security and cloud roadmap. The Cloud and Network Cyber Security Engineer will also provide mentoring of System Administrators in security-related topics.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design and implement scalable and resilient cloud network architectures across multiple cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS) to support our business operations.
• Ensure high availability, performance, and reliability of cloud-based networks by implementing redundancy, load balancing, and fault-tolerant configurations.
• Perform cyber defense incident triage, to include determining scope, urgency, and potential impact, identifying the specific vulnerability, and making recommendations that enable timely remediation. • Collect intrusion artifacts (e.g., source code, malware, Trojans) and use discovered data to enable mitigation of potential cyber defense incidents within the enterprise.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design network solutions that meet business needs.
• Partner with leadership to educate staff in security best practices and requirements laid out in company security and technology policies and standards.
• Enforce policies, procedures, and security controls to ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and standards, such as SOC 2 and ISO 27001.
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of the information security and compliance program, providing regular updates to senior management and relevant stakeholders.
• Participate in BC/DR and incident response tabletop exercises.
• In conjunction with 3rd party gap assessments, identify and recommend mitigation for security gaps in existing and proposed architectures.

Regular

• Ensure timely translation of new HAMR product/process transfer from US R&D to Penang. Closely work with counterpart in R&D to develop new process / materials for performance improvements.
• Continuous Improvement of Sputter yields / productivity / high PPH for product maturity. Establish all necessary unique process controls for large volume builds based on the learning at NPI stage & HDD requirements.
• Conduct partition studies for troubleshooting root cause of high particle / low yield. Work together with the team members to take appropriate corrective actions for improvements including but not limited to implementing target sandblast criterias, process optimizations, working with target suppliers on quality improvements etc
• Work with Test yield team on Failure Analysis, understanding of various defect mechanisms of HAMR media and their relationship with sputter process / materials etc.
• Optimize sputter machine start-up & operation procedures to ensure process consistency & repeatability. Work with the team on machine start-up time reduction before media characterization activities in order to reduce downtime & improve productivity.
• Work together with Sputter Equipment team on hardware improvement projects for downtime reduction & yield improvements. Ex- sputter magpacks, different type of cathodes, disk holder designs etc.

•                     Must have at least 4-5 years of development experience in Java ADF applications

•                     Who wish to change programming platform and must have at least 5 years of development experience in Java are welcome to apply

•                     Good in verbal and written English communication skills

•                     Ability to multi-task, prioritizing in managing workloads and to meet deadlines

•                     Experience in Insurance Industry is an added advantage

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Factory Capex planning base on the loading forecast, Capex budget control and monitoring on capital utilization and efficiency.
• Productivity improvement project: Lead in cost saving projects such as Productivity improvement, cycle time improvement, MMR improvement, etc. to meet company goals.
• Capacity planning and analysis to meet the volume demand and maximize the plant utilization.
• Maintain IE database and lead on the IE related system project.
• Time study and time standards: Perform time study data collection and analysis, continuous improvement based on Lean concept.
• Define production layout to ensure high efficiency and ergonomic for Lean operation.
• Coordinate in tool relocation & re-layout activities.
• Resources planning for DL & IDL based on production volume targets.
• Carried out material flow & process flow analysis. Study and explore opportunity to improve current process flow, material flow, line balancing, etc.….
• Validate automation performance and capability.
• Support IE in validating offline process activity such as conversion time, kitting time, tooling preparation time, etc. and opportunity to improve the offline activities cycle time.
• Collaborate with Production, QA, Process, and Automation team to achieve Operations KPI’s

As a Site Reliability Engineer (SRE), you will play a key role in maintaining the reliability and performance of critical services. Your expertise will help bridge the gap between development and operations, ensuring robust, scalable, and responsive infrastructure. This role emphasizes strong system architecture and design principles, focusing on key SRE practices such as Service Level Objectives (SLOs), Service Level Indicators (SLIs), and the reduction of operational toil. You will collaborate closely with diverse teams to drive reliability improvements and foster a culture of continuous learning and accountability.

 

 

Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement resilient system architectures that support high availability and scalability.
Develop automation tools and scripts to enhance operational efficiency and reduce manual effort.
Define, track, and analyze SLOs and SLIs to ensure reliability and performance meet business needs.

Qualifications:

Strong understanding of SRE principles, including SLOs, SLIs, toil reduction, and incident post-mortems.
Experience with cloud environments (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and their operational management.
Strong expertise in Linux system administration.
Proven experience in troubleshooting application support issues with a focus on performance and connectivity.
Familiarity with networking concepts and effective troubleshooting techniques.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to operational challenges.
