職責

在賽事發展主管的領導下，技術賽事

官員負責：

1、承擔活動部的日常行政管理工作。這包括

下列的：

• 與洲際聯合會/世界羽聯會員溝通並提供

與法規、付款、世界排名、一般賽事相關的信息

以客戶服務類型的能力進行查詢。

• 收集有關活動項目的資訊/數據。

• 準備報告、簡報和會議論文

• 歸檔世界排名及其他賽事相關文檔

• 使用 BWF Extranet 管理日常任務

2、有效執行，精準管理，要麼領導行政，要麼

或支援隊伍作為世界排名、錦標賽、抽籤的精準後盾

羽毛球、殘障羽毛球和空氣羽毛球管理系統：

• 殘障羽毛球世界排名和殘奧會/殘障羽毛球世界排名

冠軍資格排名

• 殘障羽毛球 M&Q 報告、種子報告、抽籤

技術賽事官員將在以下方面為賽事發展主管提供支持

領域：

3. 玩家管理包含以下內容：

• 有效維護和更新追蹤和分發

二級錦標賽的錦標賽獎金

• 有效管理球員轉會流程

• 有效管理球員退休流程

• 維護羽毛球和殘障羽毛球運動員 ID

4. 有效管理不當行為、懲罰和退出處罰流程

適用於所有 1、2、3 級和殘疾人羽毛球錦標賽，包括

下列的：

• 接收及追蹤不當行為及撤回報告及相關報告

處罰

• 與財務部合作處理財務發票事宜

罰款和費用

• 追蹤未清發票並對任何逾期發票進行核算

付款

• 維護、更新、發布和分發禁止玩家名單

5. 有助於準確、及時地管理資格流程
