Responsibilities:

• To oversee and direct all activities in the project and operations management. Motivate and lead a team in achieving production targets and ensuring resources are efficiently and effectively utilized in achieving the department’s objective.
• Evaluate, troubleshoot and improve existing methods and processes in order to optimize yield, quality, productivity, and cost
• Liaise with equipment and material suppliers & production personnel to drive continuous quality improvement and cost
