ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide mechanical simulations and solutions for edge-cutting flash memory products.
• Develop inhouse structural simulation automation platform based on commercial softwares (e.g. ANSYS, Abaqus).
• Predict and define structural risks and mechanisms using simulation tools for electronic packaging design, assembly and reliabilities.

This role demands a dynamic leader who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and can effectively guide a technical team. You will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving SHRACK system errors and test issues, leveraging your deep expertise in semiconductor manufacturing execution systems to drive operational excellence and innovation.

• Optimize Test Strategies: develop and execute comprehensive test plans, balancing test time, yield, and quality to achieve aggressive goals in high-volume manufacturing environments. Identify the most cost-effective testing methods through troubleshooting, validation, and continuous improvement.
• Lead and Collaborate on Engineering Solutions: Analyze & resolve in-house SHRACK system errors, including client communication challenges, database server issues, recipe management system errors, MKP server connection problems, and Advanced Storage Device Protocol errors

Developer ADF

The QMS & BCMS Engineer is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining Quality Management Systems (QMS) and Business Continuity Management Systems (BCMS) in line with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and organizational objectives. This role ensures compliance with ISO standards, drives continuous improvement initiatives, and collaborates with cross-functional teams to enhance operational resilience and quality assurance.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop, implement, and maintain the Integrated Management System focusing on Quality Management System & Business Continuity Management System in accordance with ISO 9001 & ISO22301 and other applicable quality standards.
• Lead and conduct internal audits to ensure adherence to QMS & BCMS policies and procedures and follow up on corrective actions.
• Facilitate management reviews, coordinate audits with external certification bodies, and ensure readiness for external assessments.
• Monitor and analyze quality performance metrics, providing recommendations for improvement and driving initiatives to reduce non-conformances.
