• Act as subject matter expert for the business with respect to labeling design, requirements, and implementation and labeling software and effectively collaborate on labeling changes.
• Ensure labeling compliance with quality management system (QMS), regulatory requirements and guidelines, standard operating procedures, and work instructions.
• Coordinate with cross functional team to develop strategies for continuous improvement of the labeling program and procedures (fool proof concept)
• Effectively manage labeling projects from ideation through completion.
• Improve from manual work flow to one piece flow concept to eliminate human error.

• Be responsible for flash memory test development, failure analysis and issue debug.
• Be responsible for NAND Product and Package Qualification/Reliability test setup/eFA/Action Plan.
• Provide correct test condition for memory product and generate defined test flow for volume test needs.
• Product Evaluation DOE for Reliability/DPPM improvement, wafer test and unit test yield improvement.
• Run test time analysis to define cost effective test method in order to reach short test time and high test coverage.
• Define/improve test method to deal with new product introduced to mass production and marketing.
• Deliver a world class throughput time on test development to reach the most effective way of sample delivery TPT (Throughput Time).
• Work with multinational team to complete projects in PDT (product development team) required time.

• Coordinating SSD mechanical qualification efforts for new products and change in designs, materials, or processes 
• Involve in mechanical reliability test include but not limited to solder joint analysis, environmental test, mechanical stress & solderability
• Providing recommendations on product release based on package reliability test results
• Jointly assess risk associated with excursions, conversions, reliability  ,qualification issues.
• Manage reliability schedule plan to stakeholders and provide progress update in timely manner
• Coordinate with technician to perform daily execution to meet project schedule
• Initiate failure tracker in JIRA and ensure it's properly closed
• Review Mechanical test result and provide recommendation

The Firmware Test Development team develops and maintains a suite of tests to exercise firmware features and functionality. Maintain and enhance test infrastructure, and develop automation tools to streamline testing processes. Analyze application workloads / bus analyzer traces as well as firmware specifications to compose a set of test requirements, then implement into a test. Support existing code base, debug and resolve issues as well as add enhancements.  As a team member you will interface with and be supported by local and US based engineers in Firmware, Validation and Applications to quickly become a subject-matter expert in one or more areas.
