As a Customer Success Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating cargo bookings, ensuring efficient and effective handling of shipment requests, and providing exceptional customer service to clients. Key Notes: This role will be based in Malaysia, working in Wisma Tune, Teleport’s Office to support Singapore. Public holidays will be based on Singapore public holidays.
