Position Overview:

The candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of project planning, execution, and completion, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

Reporting into the Chief Investment and Property Officer, this role responsible for but no limited to:

Project Planning and Execution:

3. Budget and Cost Management:

4. Stakeholder Communication:

Serve as the primary point of contact for all project stakeholders, including architects, engineers, contractors, team members, and senior management.
Provide regular updates on project status, risks, and issues.
Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among project team members.

5. Risk Management:

Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Monitor risk factors throughout the project lifecycle and implement contingency plans as needed.

6. Quality Assurance:

Ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards and expectations.
Conduct regular inspections and audits to maintain project quality.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Project Manager and strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and regulatory requirements.
Candidate must possess own transport and willing to travel.

To ensure that all tenants comply with the shopping complex rules and regulations.
To regulate the tenants’ request for amendments to the Tenancy Agreement.
To liaise with the lawyers on issues concerning non-compliance to and or breach of the Tenancy Agreement.
To assist in the approval of refund of renovation deposits and other relevant deposits.
To work closely with the Advertising & Promotions team in assisting the tenants to create awareness and doing joint promotions in the mall
To ensure that all tenants comply with rental rebate conditions through constant monitoring.
To ensure that all relevant notifications and circulation to tenants are timely and duly distributed
