Key Responsibilities

To assist the senior / line manager in production of all pre contract and post contract deliverables, must be proactive and committed, willing to learn and pick up fast, able to work as a team under pressure and tight timelines.

We are looking for a dedicated and dynamic Senior Specialist, People Advisory & Operations where you will demonstrate a strong track record in the execution of overall People Operations initiatives for employees across our offices including Malaysia and Singapore.This role will be crucial in providing expert HR advice, managing day-to-day people operations, and contributing to strategic HR projects. What you will do:

HR Advisory

• Being the point of contact to provide sound HR advice and support to employees on various HR matters including policies, benefits, performance, and career development.

• HRIS employee core database management - Maintain accurate HR data in HRIS and ensure timely reporting and analytics

Project Management

• HR Initiatives: Lead or support HR projects related to process improvement, automation, employee engagement and strategic initiatives.

What we are looking for:

• Have at least 7+ years of experience in People Operations
• Experience with working in a sizeable and fast paced environment with multi-cultural workforce
• Demonstrated experience in employee lifecycle, payroll administration and/or HRIS

The role

This is an acquisition sales (hunter) role. The role is in place to deliver our “new logo” business target from primarily from the eCommerce sector in KL and more widely across South East Asia working with businesses operating regional headquarters from KL.

The role is predominantly field based and involves progressing inbound enquiries to conclusion and where required an element of outbound calls/contacts to prospects, leads and opportunities.

• Work with the VP Sales and SDR to research prospects within allocated sectors to create a prospect pipeline
• Manage prospecting process using appropriate sales tools (Linkedin Premium, referrals, personal networks, etc)
• Make appropriate outbound contact (phone/email/social) to move prospect to lead and closure 

Focus Areas

• Pro-actively manage all opportunities within pipeline. Establish working routines to support the time and territory management of the different tasks associated with this.
• Drive opportunities through the pipeline stages to “sold” by using appropriate sales process and plays (phone, email, social, demos, Zoom etc). Handle objections and offer additional/alternative solutions.
• Build and develop customer relationships and maintain communication throughout the sales cycle.
• Identify any revenue shortfalls and ensure these gaps are filled through pro-active activity.
• Gain feedback throughout the sales cycle and share with wider team, marketing and research as appropriate to ensure continuous improvement to the process.

The part you will play

Profile Requirements :

A minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Project Manager/Project Management Office/Project Executive in the IT domain, with a preference for candidates with exposure to banking sector experience. The resource should have the capability to effectively assess, and review CV skill sets for technical roles.
CV Screening: Review and screen CVs and applications to assess qualifications, experience, and suitability for the open demands. Ensure a thorough understanding of job requirements and match candidate profiles accordingly.

Interview Coordination: Collaborate with domain leads to schedule interviews with shortlisted candidates. Ensure all logistics are arranged in a timely manner, including scheduling, communication, and providing any necessary interview materials.

Progress Tracking & Follow-up: Track the candidate progress for each role, maintaining clear and consistent communication with domain leads. Provide regular updates on the status of candidate selection and interview outcomes.

Ongoing Communication: Regularly follow up with agencies on the progress of candidate sourcing and ensure any queries or concerns are addressed promptly. Clear and consistent communication with agencies and domain leads, leading to a streamlined recruitment process.

Project Skills:​

Team management – assist in the coordination of the resources, agencies and stakeholders in the project. Ensure that team meets quality standards by overseeing and validating the quality.​

Assignment management – track tasks, deliverables and deadline closely and follow through till completion / closure.​

Stakeholder management – communicate clearly with project managers, team members and stakeholders to keep them informed on the project expectations and ensuring that the objectives are met on a weekly basis.​
