With growing customer accounts and demands in Aerospace, we are assembling a team of Customer Service Executives to deliver visibility, proactivity, optimization and high level of customer satisfaction to our major Aerospace account. Based in our Subang Jaya 4PL hub, the team of Customer Service Executives will be rostered in 4 shifts to ensure 24/7 availability to meet our customers' needs.

• Process customer’s orders/inquiries timely and accurately.
• Ensure customer’s orders are dispatched in the best route (transport plan) to optimize freight cost.

• Liaison with multiple parties including customers, overseas agents, etc for freight handling and/or other matters

• Handle shipping documentation (import/export / BL / documentation).

• Ensure compliance with customer’s Standard Operating Procedure.

• Communicate discrepancies/issues to team supervisor/manager when necessary.

• Consistently monitor emails and respond in a timely and professional manner to Customers and Appointed Service providers to provide full visibility to Customers.

• Responsible and familiarize with track & trace systems (LINK).

• Continuous update through communications on current statuses from Bollore network, international carriers, and subcontractors, troubleshooting any irregularities, and well well-prepared to construct information flows smoothly and timely to customers.

• Proactively request service failure reasons from the service providers' network and update Customers in the event of any service deviation from standard transport mapping.

• Ensure that contractual rates and agreed plans are always closely followed and aligned with Customers’ expectations.

• Work closely with OPM/RCM in preparing business review materials on a periodic basis (monthly & and quarterly).

• Lead periodic conference calls with the Customer's Control Tower or Key Contacts in reviewing the Dashboard Reports and time-critical shipments.
• Active participation in business reviews together with OPM/RCM to present our contractual performance and identify common service issues.
• With the support of peers, able to relate to the customer in transposing recurrence service issues.
• Carrying out any other ad-hoc work instruction requests made by the supervisor/manager.

The successful candidate

• Experience in transport management / freight forwarding (air operations)
• Knowledge in flow management/control tower / IFF contract operations management / key accounts
• Knowledge in freight forwarding, AOG and oversize cargo will be an advantage
• Excellent command of written and spoken English
• Must be willing to work on a 24/7 rotational shift

• Monitor, support, communicate, track and ensure E2E operating process flow for the GDA COE functional team's stakeholders the required information, instructions, perform, maintainance, generate, follow, report and solve in the BAU issues to help the operation flow properly in the back office/field/factory of a compliance and efficent plans.This role is accountable for receiving, analyzing, inputing and setting up the required information, instructions, training and/or system settings for the IO CoE functional teams and the other BUs stakeholders to perform their work in the backoffice/field/.
•  Lead the alignments and conversation with other GDA COEs functional teams and other business units, that all inputs and processes are received and executed respectively    according to timelines
• Ensures all the work is completely planned in the time requested by the activity business- Ensures accurate data in all relevant CDAR modules- Communicates when UI issues appear that do not allow the processes to continue properly, and give follow up to them by raising tickets until solution is applied
•  Responsible  for managing all aspects of auditor work assignment- Responsible for audit plan generation for different services, searching for the most efficient routes for the auditors, decresing T&E for the Field team- Analyzes the auditor plans to make recommendations for improvement and efficienes as well as execution of forcasting plans for future needs or improvements
• Generate KPI´s and follow support to ensure the compliances of action plans- Tracking of Auditor plans execution for non-compliance in order to understand root causes and when corresponds, create action plans which helps auditor to be compliant- Complies with security levels and data protection protocols.
• Accountable for the Collector Definition set up which contains the collection specifications and rules to be apply during the auditing process
• Processes new resources / new project / new audit information (in appropriate C-DAR tool)- Assign certifications to Auditors with input from and certify QCTEs- Maintans existing resources / project / audit information (in appropriate C-DAR tool), including resource requirements (human & tools)
• Creates/Maintains Master Catalogs, which are master files that are created and loaded during the set-up and maintained by the user during the production
• Creates/Maintains Work Orders/JOs which contain the (internal/external) client requirements, and ensures the specifications are correctly captured- Maintains standardization & synergy in CDAR set up

• Lead Research & Identification: Conduct thorough research to identify potential customers across various industries who would benefit from Teleport’s logistics solutions. Develop a deep understanding of target customer profiles to build a qualified lead pipeline.
• Automation of Outreach Loops: Research and implement automated systems to streamline lead generation, outreach, and follow-up processes. Use SaaS tools (e.g., Lemlist, Pipedrive) to create workflows that allow consistent, scalable, and effective communication with leads.
• Outreach Optimisation: Continuously monitor and optimize these systems to ensure high efficiency and effectiveness. Update workflows, sequences, and lead prioritization strategies as needed based on performance metrics.
• CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system. Ensure smooth data flow between automated systems and CRM tools, enhancing the visibility of lead status and activity.

• To handle casual leasing of promotional spaces in the Shopping Centre according yearly budget.
• To plan and execute communities-driven event & campaigns in-line with the marketing objectives and positioning.
• Supervise the set-up of events, roadshow, fair and activities, coordinate with internal departments and external service providers, exhibitors and contractors.
• To source for suitable and relevant external parties in all aspects of casual leasing that are in-line with the Centre’s Brand Values and Market Positions.
• To develop relationship with tenants and exhibitors to secure take up of promotional spaces in the centre.
• To build relationship with communities, tenants, vendors and event organizer in order to co-create events, thematic roadshow and fair according to their Advertising and Promotional needs.
• To assist the manager in ensuring that the monthly income target is achieved through profitable rental of promotional space, inventory rental, and any other available revenues.
• Track and measure the outcome on events and activities to ensure the highest possible occupancy with good yields.

• Supervise the set-up of advertising mediums and coordinate with internal departments and external service providers, exhibitors and contractors.
• Ensure advertisements are appropriate in nature and fitting to the Shopping Centre’s image and positioning.
• Track and measure the outcome on advertising spaces from advertisers.
• To develop relationship with tenants and advertisers to secure sponsorship according to yearly budget.
• Identify potential space to be converted into advertising opportunities.
• Up-to-date with current advertising technology and solutions in the market.
• To build relationship with tenants in order to support their Advertising and Promotional needs.
