• Execute 1st level troubleshooting during test and escalate it to related team.
• Handle test engineering activity such as DOE/Volume checkout/correlation and etc.
• Maintain 6S in common of lab, in charge of units control in lab.
• Provide support for hardware release such as product correlation and machine buy-off activities qualifications.
• Attend to immediate product/system related testing issues and demonstrates open communication policy and involvement with production and maintenance people on achieving problem solution.
• Perform 1st level EFA and 2nd level EFA for production hold lots and give disposition, and feedback to related team for issue investigation;

• Plans, schedules, coordinates and/or monitors final delivery of assigned products through the complete production cycle.
• Works from published loading forecast and production readiness to establish production schedules, loading plans within capacity requirements.
• Responsible for production planning and fulfillment, including the required changes to loading plans up to managing daily shipments according to backlog in a timely fashion.
• Daily monitoring of WIP performance to ensure WO close on timely manner to meet shipment needs.
• Daily clearance/ update of past due work order to ensure overall MRP is driven correctly.

• To communicate production status and potential issues to management, sales, and other relevant teams.
• Continuously monitoring production to ensure adherence to the plan and adjusting schedules or processes as needed in response to delays or issues, while addressing and resolving any production issues or bottlenecks that may arise during manufacturing.

The Reliability Engineer delivers results by originates and develops analysis methods to determine reliability of components, equipment and processes. Acquires and analyzes data. Prepares diagrams, charts, drawings, calculations and reports to define reliability problems and make recommendations for improvements. Conducts analysis of reliability problems and investigates to determine the required reliability approach for a particular situation, with consideration given to cost limitations for equipment uptime/downtime, repair/replacement costs and availability of materials/equipment to avoid machine failures. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Design & Develop new hardware & innovative solution on sensor integration (IoT) and data mining to existing manufacturing equipment.
• Perform new sensor development and selection for data mining to IoT platform.
• Collaborate with Data Analytics team to integrate and implement large scale data solution
• Responsible to develop/sustain existing software programs, algorithms and automate data to clean and evaluate huge amount of datasets from multiple sources.
• Continue improving the acquisition system through software updates or new/improved hardware
• Documentation of systems and procedures for the setup and maintenance of hardware systems.
• Ensure effective hand shaking process of new device/product introduction to the line and new process technology capabilities developments.
