About the Role:

What We're Seeking:

• Experience in negotiating and managing contracts with technology vendors is highly desirable.
• In-depth knowledge and understanding of procurement processes, vendor selection, and negotiation strategies is necessary. Familiar with sourcing strategies, request for proposals (RFP) processes, supplier evaluation, and performance monitoring.
• Experience in managing vendor relationships and ensuring compliance with contractual obligations.

IT Vendor Management Leads should have experience in evaluating proposals, conducting due diligence, and selecting vendors that align with the organization's needs and strategic objectives. They should possess strong negotiation skills to secure favorable contract terms and pricing.
• Excellent relationship management and communication skills are vital for this role. Able to build and maintain positive relationships with technology vendors, establish effective communication channels, and resolve issues or conflicts in a collaborative manner. Competent in managing stakeholder expectations and influencing decision-making related to vendor management.

Administrative

• Providing administrative support to Business Operations Manager on all administrative matters and operational matters.

活動執行人員職責：

• 參加活動查詢、準備報價並能夠在最少的監督下準備活動提案。 – 提供培訓
• 跟進客戶發送的報價並更新經理。
• 能夠組裝簡單的活動範本提案。
• 與外部供應商、銷售商和自由活動協調員合作，以最少的監督執行已確認的活動。
• 在尋找活動場地、裝飾者、人才、餐飲服務商和其他活動供應商方面要足智多謀。
• 協助活動經理進行所有活動運作 - 設定、拆除和跟進。
• 進行研究以深入了解每個活動的不同要求和細節。
• 與供應商、人才和活動場地聯絡，以滿足客戶的要求。
• 維護活動預算並準備損益表 - 提供培訓
• 仔細監督已確認的活動準備活動，並適當移交給營運部門。
• 在最少的監督下處理與客戶的會議和演示。

活動執行要求：

• 在任何類型的活動行業中至少一年的經驗將是額外的優勢。也鼓勵應屆畢業生申請。
• 精通 MS Office 工具和 Canva 或其他設計程式的知識是額外的優勢。
• 良好的英語和馬來語書面和口語能力
• 積極主動，樂於學習，具有強大的團隊合作精神
• 良好的時間管理與組織能力
• 良好的人際溝通與溝通能力
• 組織良好，具有出色的多任務處理能力。
• 能夠駕駛並擁有自己的交通工具是一個額外的優勢。

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for working alongside various business/functional Groups and accepting delegated responsibilities and duties with the aim to prepare for leadership roles.
• Performance during Job Rotation Performance is measured based on the tasks given during each rotation.
• Involve in special projects and initiatives.
• Provide support in group wide initiatives.
• Involve as brand ambassador of MHCMY Learning & Growth Individual Development Plan (IDP).

Requirements:

• Degree in Marketing / Information Technology / Business Administration or other disciplines with excellent results.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, strong initiative, eager to learn and result oriented.
• Good command in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia.
