• Execute end-to-end Treasury settlement workflows (validation, confirmation, releasing payment instructions):

JOB SPECIFICATION & RESPONSIBILITIES

OBJECTIVES

1. To assume full responsibility for the cost-effective operation of the Engineering Department.
2. To prepare the annual and revised Engineering budget in close co-ordination with the Financial Manager and Management, commensurate with operational requirements of the property.
3. To keep accurate records and monitor closely all Engineering budget expenditures, and to ensure that the budget is adhered to and costs strictly controlled.
4. To allocate and countersign all invoices chargeable to the Engineering budget before being processed and charged.
5. To establish an efficient system for the control and verification of all fuel deliveries to the premises.
6. To ensure the repair works being carried out in most economical and effective manner.
7. To supervise closely all engineering personnel in the performance of their duties.
8. To delegate duties and responsibilities, as required, to the Assistant Maintenance Manager.
9. To develop and implement a Comprehensive Preventive Maintenance Programmed for all equipment in the Hotel. 
10. To co-ordinate and, if so requested, supervise special projects and employment of outside contractors.
11. To establish a well-organized Engineering Store and keep close control on consumption of material, stores and inventory control.
12. To implement a comprehensive elevator emergency procedure and initiate employee training on emergency release procedures with the elevator manufacturer’s agent.

  • Provide timely and accurate responses to employee inquiries related to HR policies, benefits, and payroll.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

About the job

This role/job will be warehouse based and therefore not in a conventional office environment. This is a full-time permanent position and the role is primarily to help facilitate the smooth running of the warehouse operations activities.

The general duties will involve the following role:

*Perform cargo loading and unloading.

*To perform physical counts, tally and surface inspection of cargo upon receiving/delivery.

*To store cargoes in proper location assigned within the warehouse.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Proactively Engage the Customer Database: Reach out to potential and existing customers, promoting and recommending products from brands under HTT’s portfolio that align with their preferences, needs and aspirations. Strive to achieve company goals by driving customer engagement and conversions.
2. Build and Maintain Customer Relationships: Get to know our customers intimately and anticipate their travel needs, providing personalized solutions and insights surrounding the experiences that we recommend for them. Demonstrate a thorough knowledge of destinations, hotel options, flight options, and/or tour options to deliver value-added service.
3. Creatively curate experiences and solutions: Upon booking customers’ Luxe hotel of choice, to offer innovative and tailored experiences to customers, providing detailed quotes and options that align with their preferences and expectations. Handle customer billing and payments accurately, ensuring a seamless transaction process.
4. Arrange Travel Logistics: Make necessary travel arrangements, including hotel bookings, flights, transportation, and any additional services required. Ensure all arrangements are made within the Service Level Agreement (SLA) timeframe to achieve excellence in customer experience and operational efficiency.
5. Address Customer Complaints: Handle customer complaints promptly and professionally, offering appropriate solutions and alternatives in a timely manner. Aim to resolve issues to the customers' satisfaction, maintaining a high level of customer service and professionalism. To follow the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) on escalating complaints to Team Lead if unable to resolve.
6. Achieve Sales Targets: Work closely with Team Lead to achieve sales and revenue assigned targets. Continuously seek opportunities to upsell and other travel services and experiences to customers.
7. Foster Excellent Customer Reviews and High Net Promoter Score (NPS): Strive to exceed customer expectations at every interaction, aiming for positive customer reviews and a high NPS. Consistently provide exceptional service to build customer loyalty and promote brand advocacy.
8. Be involved in Travel and Company events, when necessary, i.e., MAS TravelFair, MATTA Fair, exclusive Travel Talks, etc.

Job Requirement:
