NEXTDC is hiring a Digital Marketing Specialist skilled in creative design, presentation creation, and web design, with expertise in HubSpot, Google Analytics, and Google Ads. This role focuses on strategic marketing, advanced design, and UX to strengthen brand presence and optimise digital campaigns. Responsibilities include leading the creation of impactful designs, user-focused experiences, and professional presentations, while working with teams and agencies to deliver effective and visually appealing results across digital and print channels. 

While primarily based in Kuala Lumpur, this role supports Australian-centric operations and will play a key part in the marketing team.

What will you do: 

Creative Design 

• Design visually engaging materials for digital ads, email templates, social media, and print using Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) and Canva. 
• Develop creative promotional and animated graphics for social media and websites, including illustrations and web assets. 
• Create marketing materials such as mailers, ads, flyers, social media posts, signage, and handouts aligned with brand guidelines. 
• Stay updated on industry trends, design best practices, and emerging AI tools to enhance creative outputs.

UI/UX Development

As a start up, you can expect your days to be pretty varied. Multitasking is normal, and sometimes, your skills or natural talents will be leveraged to support other business priorities. That said, the bulk of your working hours should involve you having to:

• Proactively engaging prospective customers (small-to-medium businesses) through cold calling, social media outreach and referrals.
• Develop and deliver tailored sales pitches to SMBs on our Next Day product.
• Warm and convert cold leads into loyal customers by understanding their delivery challenges and keeping them engaged with our solutions.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for a small portfolio of larger e-commerce brands, consolidators and fulfilment houses.
