The Person

A bright and enthusiastic individual seeking to gain insight into the marketing function of an industrial safety and protection company. In this role you will provide valuable administrative and marketing support to a small and very dynamic team and will be comfortable carrying out tasks individually and as a team. The Job

1. Sourcing and introducing new product into market

a) pricing SOS

Requirements :-

• Candidates must possess at least a Diploma in Marketing or equivalent;
• Preferably with 2 years relevant experiences in Marketing. However fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply as relevant training will be provided;

Job Description: As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional customer experiences. Here’s what you’ll do:

• Handle inbound/outbound enquiries, feedback and provide resolutions to end user and merchant over the phone or via emails relating to renowned product;  
• Provide accurate and efficient support work relating to the renowned products;

• Obtain customer and merchant details to ensure all information are accurately and promptly keyed into database for transaction;

Requirements:  

• Candidate must possess at least SPM / Diploma / Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any fields or equivalent;  
• Fresh graduates and experienced candidate with a minimum of 1 year of working experience in call centre environment (Preferably in ecommerce sector and banking industry);  
• Moderate or Strong knowledge in Microsoft Office programs – proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word;  
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, proficiency in other additional languages such as Malay, Cantonese or Mandarin will be an advantage;  
• Able to work under pressure;
