The Firmware Test Development team develops and maintains a suite of tests to exercise firmware features and functionality. Maintain and enhance test infrastructure, and develop automation tools to streamline testing processes. Analyze application workloads / bus analyzer traces as well as firmware specifications to compose a set of test requirements, then implement into a test. Support existing code base, debug and resolve issues as well as add enhancements.  As a team member you will interface with and be supported by local and US based engineers in Firmware, Validation and Applications to quickly become a subject-matter expert in one or more areas.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE

• Establish and maintain a strong working relationship with our key Commercial stakeholders and create understanding of needs, complexities, impact and opportunities to support decision making.

• Provide leadership and coordination for the Commercial Business Intelligence area within a large-scale business transformation project across the Asia Pacific Region; up to 20% project-related travel (estimated through 2026).

• Capture data-related requirements such as entity, source(s), data availability, data quality, pain points, volume, speed of ingestion, latency, security and estimate the business value of meeting these requirements.

• Identify and present opportunities for Business Intelligence solutions and modelling improvements.

• Facilitate change management activities such as solution adoption, empowering users, and learning, to enable the organisation to realise the full potential of its data in combination with technology.

• Promote expertise in the functional areas of the business for users to develop their own reports and analytics, driving adoption of BI capabilities throughout the organization.

• Ability to operate with limited supervision, exercising independent judgement, initiative and tact.

• Perform role as project manager for selected projects (small to medium-sized).

• Guide less-experienced Business Intelligence Analysts and Data Professionals in other disciplines, demonstrating the ability to lead, influence, and collaborate across diverse global cultures.
