Billing Operations

Manage the media billing processes which involves,

• Co-coordinating with media planning teams on billing instructions
• Media plan actualization and reconciliation on monthly basis
• Update spots and remarks on Publicis’s proprietary billing platform based on actualized amount
• Generate proforma invoices for shared service team’s approval
• Resolving billing discrepancies with relevant stakeholders e.g. media vendors, media, finance and shared service teams

Requirements

• Technical certificate equivalent to API2C and API RP2D
• 10 years of working experience related to total maintenance offshore pedestal crane and other lifting equipment maintenance and operation in offshore oil and gas industries i.e. monorails, overhead travelling cranes, gin poles, gantry cranes, etc.
• Trade qualification and training certificates including API 2C and API RP 2D or equivalent relevant to offshore pedestal crane and other lifting equipment maintenance & inspection.
• Experienced in offshore crane and lifting equipment & rigging operation, maintenance & inspection.

A Database Specialist is pivotal in ensuring the efficient, secure, and reliable operation of our product/ customer databases. The scope of their responsibilities is extensive and involves a variety of tasks aimed at maintaining the integrity and performance of database systems.

What you will do

• Develops and maintains Database reference architecture and design documents
• Design, develop, and implement scalable On-premise/ Cloud-based database solutions
• Further establish and ensure Database standards (security, reliability, availability, and scalability) and procedures are met by our product teams
• Identify opportunities for Database infrastructure optimization and cost reduction
• Root cause analysis of production-related database issues
