• Reconcile bank transactions (Upload daily bank account statement, reconcile all daily bank receipts/ payments in bank accounts including journal postings for bank related transactions in accordance with company policies)

The Cloud Network and Cyber Security Engineer will report to and assist the VP of IT Infrastructure and Security and will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining secure and scalable cloud and on-premise network architectures. As part of the Infrastructure and Security team, this role will help lead cyber security efforts, securing our sensitive data and critical assets from current and emerging threats, and be the primary technical contact for all information security tooling, security risk and incident mitigation efforts, and documentation in our APAC region. About the role
The FA&P Analyst is responsible for handling day to day operations of FA&P Dept, weekly/monthly/quarterly forecast, monthly closing and variance analysis reporting & submission to global and annual budgeting. • Oversee master data changes or new data entry requirements of employee data into HR Core.
• Drive the update and execution of mass HR administration processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Administer HR-related documentation, including (but not limited to) contracts of employment, medical certificates, letters, etc.
• Manage all administrative activities within the employee life cycle, including onboarding, leaver movements, salary adjustments, promotions, personal data changes, etc.
• Consistently review and update the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) to ensure completeness and accuracy, and implement improvements where necessary.
• Identify opportunities to enhance services and processes, focusing on efficiency, accuracy, and automation.
• Lead the input of all data related to finalizing leaver cases and new hires after payroll cutoff.
• Develop and implement process automation initiatives to streamline HR processes, reduce manual tasks, and increase operational efficiency.
• Utilize advanced Excel skills to analyze data, generate reports, and provide actionable insights to support HR decision-making.

1. Lead division/internal LOG improvement projects.
2.  Act as key user supporting both customer order and procurement planning of SAP system.
3. Troubleshoot system errors raised by both customer order and procurement planners.
4. Support SAP data cleansing activities in regular basis.
5. Analyze AA order backlog and provide status update.
6. Support EOS/EOP process improvement project as part of customer order analysis.
7. Leading new plant planning tool rollout to EDLs with training and workshop.
8. Support material simulation activities with interns to fulfill sudden demand upside/overhanging claim from/to customers.
9. Support CaPRI-SP2 long-term capacity planning project to avoid material bottleneck risk by providing early warning to supplier.
10. Prepare reports e.g. Leveling Adherence, Attainment report etc. as and when needed.
11. Support activities related to Bosch Production System (BPS), e.g. Supplier Kanban, Production Kanban, Leveling and EPEI for continuous improvement.
12. Initiate functional meeting for knowledge sharing and project status update with PDCA timeline.
13. Support and work towards achieving the departmental goal.
14. Perform any other duties assigned by immediate superior from time to time.

Quality Testing:

• Support all sourcing Teams, operations and Product Leadership with any requests around data quality testing for new / prospective Suppliers
• Run Quality checks and provide feedback (Such as Acid test, Retailer Accreditation / other defined quality protocols) on sample data as requested.

Data Onboarding:

• Understand the data format agreed with the Supplier as per the contract and complete set up on Ingestion/ any other Input platform
•  Data cleaning, verification and classification as needed
•  Upload of received files to platform as needed.
• Troubleshooting with the Supplier in case data is not in agreed format or any other issues with data upload such as file issues ( type/ location/ special characters etc.)

BAU Operations:

• Create procedures to support ongoing BAU Ops
• Ensuring data receipt as per schedule, following escalation process if the data not received on the agreed date in the desired format.
• Data cleaning, verification and classification as needed.
• Responsible for sending and contacting retailers to verify data queries or store queries (e.g missing addresses etc)
•  Load data/monitor auto upload into ingestion/ any other input platform
• Update retailer KPIs on timeliness and Quality such as Retailer Information Systems(RIS) update

KPI Tracking & Reporting:

• Regularly update Supplier KPIs on data timeliness and Quality (RIS)
•  Work with Supplier Compliance & Management to improve Quality KPIs for the Supplier
• Work as a single source of truth for all data/logic related inquiries

TroubleShooting & Enquiries:

• Engage with Supplier SPOC - in case data not received on time or issues with the data.
• Raise ticket and ensure resolution if any issues with NielsenIQ systems to upload data for downstream processes.
• Resolve/escalate issues flagged by inputs systems and follow through the closure.
• Provide analysis and handle communication-related to Client inquiries.
