About the role:

As a Senior Security Analyst at Ezypay, you directly contribute to and shape Australia’s leading recurring payments and subscription billing API. The product supports the definition of payment plans and collections using multiple payment methods.

As a Senior Security Analyst with Ezypay, you will:

Job Requirement:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Network & Computer Engineering, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum CGPA of 3.30 or equivalent academic performance.
• Final-year students or those available for a 5-6 month internship program.
• Understanding and practical knowledge of networking systems such as LAN, Wireless, and Firewalls.
• Basic understanding of networking protocols (e.g., TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and information security concepts.
• Familiarity with firewall configurations, intrusion detection/prevention systems (IDS/IPS), and VPN technologies is a plus.
• Eagerness to learn and stay updated on the latest trends in network and cybersecurity.

As Safety & Security Manager, you will lead and spearhead all these initiatives below as mentioned. Please note that this is not an exhaustive list of everything that needs to be done.  Anantara Desaru Coast Resort &Villas' team members always find new ways to look after the business, their guests, and their colleagues.   Within this, the key responsibilities for this position are:

• Ensure the effective implementation of all operational security procedures within the hotel.
• Management and security oversight of all contractors, suppliers or vendors working on property.
• To maintain a close dialogue and relationship with local security authorities.
• Ensure that security officers provide a courteous and professional service to all customers, staff, vendors and suppliers.
• To monitor the car-park system and ensure its smooth running and security
• To vet the daily functions and VIP arrival list and to ensure that security officers are deployed as appropriate
• To account for the master keys of the property and their movements as well as key control in general.
• To keep the hotel senior management informed on all matters relating to the Security aspects of the hotel on a daily basis.
• Review and suggest adjustment to process based on current/future environments.

Incident/Emergency Handling

• Incidents and Emergencies are emotionally charged situation, particularly when there are allegations of theft.  All guests, staff or other people involved must be dealt with sensitively and professionally so as not to inflame the situation.
• To professionally conduct full inquiries and follow-up activities for all security related incidents.
• As required, to carry out formal searches on employees, locker rooms and place of work as directed by hotel management, with the presence of Human Resources Executive as a witness.  All people interviewed or searched are to be presumed innocent unless proven guilty.
• To organize the Security Fire Fighting Team in the event of an emergency.

Safety Function

•  Lead to uphold safety laws and regulations in Malaysia, create a safe work environment, and prevent job-related incidents at the hotel/resort. This includes conducting safety inspections, identifying potential hazards, and executing preventive measures.
• Train and inspire team members to follow our company's occupational health and safety protocols. Be responsible for investigating work-related incidents and injuries, providing comprehensive reports, and suggesting preventative actions.
• Additional duties involve gathering safety statistics, preparing reports, and carrying out other safety tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison between the business stakeholder (external or internal client) and the technical

team (product owner).

• Conduct in-depth requirement gathering sessions (specifically on data mapping and functionalities) with

business stakeholder to understand their needs. Analyze these requirements to produce clear and concise

Functional Design Specifications (FDS) for usage by technical team during development/customization of Reg

Reporting

• Document logical designs covering Data Models, Functional, and UI/UX designs.

• Able to work Independently with technical teams to ensure development covers comprehensive business

requirements

• Prepare data verifications template for business stakeholders for SIT/UAT

• Document SIT/UAT test plan, test scripts

• Manage end-to-end defect management

• Perform final sanity test prior to start of UAT with business stakeholders

• Support business stakeholders during UAT and ORT

• Provide ongoing support and clarification throughout the project lifecycle specifically for business

requirements

Job Specification

Role Purpose

• Experienced QA positions required to ensure that products and services meet the highest quality standards before they reach the customer.

• To involve in software testing and related activities such as test planning, executions, test automation, test control, monitoring and other related activities.

• ·Assist Project/QA Manager to implement quality management processes for software products and services
• ·Review and understand user requirements, specification and technical design documents for test planning and executions.
• ·Create detail, comprehensive, and well-structured test-plan, test scripts and test-cases.
• ·Develop, document, and maintain test cases and other test artifacts such as test data, data validation and automated scripts.
• ·Analyse test results and outcome covering various aspects such as usability, maintainability and on application system level such as database.
