This is a full-time on-site role for a HR Manager. The HR Manager will be responsible for

managing and overseeing the full spectrum of human resources and administration

operations, and ensuring compliance with employment regulations.

Responsibilities:

• To manage all full spectrum of HR & admin related activities including payroll, recruitment, compensation, career development, performance, management, training, personnel affairs policies and etc.

Qualifications:

• Possesses a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Business studies, Administration/Management or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in HR or equivalent.
• Well-versed in domestic labour legislation and familiar with HR practices and procedures.
• Knowledge and experience in regional (countries in ASEAN) is an advantage.
• Good understanding of Employment Act 1955 and other employment regulations.

Basic Job Purpose

Provide support to HR Manager in all aspects related to Human Resources function.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Report to the HR Manager.
• Deliver day-to-day HR operations role as a HR Generalist.

Responsibilities

• Customer service and relations is the primary contact for shoppers as soon as they step into the mall
• Handles all customers enquiries/complaints and passing them on to the appropriate department.
• Knowledgeable of mall’s services, facilities, stores / locations, promotional activities.
• Taking information from customers (eg. Filling up the log book for complaints, lost & found etc) and entering it in a database (where available)
• Making sure that the customer's experience is a positive one.
• Establish and maintain good relations with Retailers as well as entertain any complaints and passing them to the relevant departments
• Information dissemination to relevant departments on complaints and monitoring/follow-up of response/resolution of problems by departments.

Requirements

• Minimum SPM and preferably with related Diploma in Business/ Economics/ Communication/ Marketing or equivalent
• Minimum two (2) years’ experience in related field or Customer Service
• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Able to work on shifts, weekends and during night or early morning set-up for promotion space vendors, event organizers and VMD work (as and when required)

• You handle the daily operation of Småland, the children playground such as registering kids for the playground admission, taking care of the children and ensure their safety during their stay in the playground.
• You ensure good teamwork in the operation of the playroom during the day, which includes toilet needs and taking care of individual children, ensuring that there is a good balance among children per play activity.

1. Operations for Warehouse and Transportation

• Oversee warehouse import operation for both AE/RDC.
• Conduct weekly import operation performance with warehouse team.
• Responsible to investigate for any import operation dispute between supplier and warehouse and finding the solutions.

4. Transport Management System (TMC)
