As a Principal Product Designer on the Platform team, you will own Product Design quality, best practice, vision and strategic initiatives across the commerce organization. PURPOSE OF THE JOB

Image Creation and Management: Develop, deploy, and maintain standardized Windows 10/11 images for endpoint devices across the organization, ensuring optimal performance and stability.

Job Description of Senior Product Designer

We are looking for a Senior Product Designer with a keen eye for design and usability to take our products and services to the next level. You will be working closely with our team of Product Managers, Engineers and Clinicians to create features that will have a real impact in advancing digital mental health in Asia.

Responsibilities:

As an early-stage startup, this is an end-to-end role where you will be involved in all aspects of feature development: from ideation and validation to design and development. This role will provide you an opportunity to:

• Lead the design of ThoughtFull’s digital mental health products and services from conception to launch (web and mobile apps)
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Clinical and Business teams to define user needs and design requirements
• Conduct user research and testing to inform design decisions and iterate on product features
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs that effectively communicate design concepts and product features
• Work with developers to ensure the design is implemented as intended and collaborate on design systems
• Continuously assess and improve the user experience and interface design based on user feedback and product performance
• Develop and maintain design guidelines and style guides to ensure a consistent and cohesive brand and user experience

• At least 3 years of experience in designing for mobile and web apps
• An eye for good UI / UX: you can create pleasant interfaces with user flows that make life better for users, especially on mobile
• We’d love to see a portfolio of mobile app designs that you have done, whether for work or exploratory
• Demonstrated experience in designing and launching products from start to finish
• Experience with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite
• Knowledge of mobile and web design patterns and best practices
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience working in crossfunctional teams
• Collaborative team player with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. You are expected to set the standards in design best practices.
• Ability to maintain high-performance under tight timelines in a dynamic environment, and a “roll up your sleeves” mindset to get any job done
• Experience in a mental health tech organization or a related field is an advantage, but not compulsory

The key focus for the Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist (SME/Individual Contributor) is to lead the successful fulfillment of open requisitions with relevant hiring managers and to be the first point of contact for their hiring needs.

The primary role (Suitable for Beginners)

• Web scrapping using HTML and Python on beautiful soup, Sellenium, Pycharm and more
• To check and ensure that the data in the csv. files match what is on the websites and that the code is working and then keeping/storing the csv files into Dropbox

Other roles if not assigned Webscrapping.

• Manual software testing for our website and application and documenting any issues, bugs or errors found as well as any possible solutions for them
• Automation testing using Cypress.io to automate the bug testing process
