The Investment Analysts will be providing investment support for ib vogt APAC’s portfolio of renewable energy projects across our 10 markets in the APAC region. About the role:

What you will do: As a Senior Analyst, you will lay the groundwork and contribute to day-to-day reporting needs for client marketing efforts. You will work on brand campaigns and pitches, assist in developing reporting frameworks for web and social analytics projects and manage quality and insightful reporting for clients whilst supervising your junior analysts.

Day-to-day, your role includes:

• Keeping a pulse on daily, weekly and monthly performance data from web and social analytics platforms together with your direct reports

• Working in a variety of reporting systems and databases for the creation of recurring reports and dashboards

• Tagging and Implementation with internal development or client teams

• Participating in ad hoc requests from accounts handled such as root-cause analysis, reporting, data insights generation and more.

• Supporting marketing initiatives across project and campaign lifecycles, including measurement plans, primary and secondary research, and performance reporting

• Expanding industry knowledge and relevant skillsets through scheduled internal training on Analytics and Implementation

• Lead your junior analysts including providing coaching, career planning and ensuring quality of deliverables at its optimum

We are looking for an ambitious and driven Assistant Finance Manager whose values align with our TEAM; standing for Together, Extra-mile, Accountable and Mindful. The Assistant Finance Manager works closely with the senior Finance team and Operations team to help with administrative and financial tasks, including invoicing, budget drafting, issuing purchase orders, and implementing and managing processes. The core focus of the team is to maintain the financial health of the business, and it's the Assistant Finance Managers role to create financial reports and support the Finance manager in any needed tasks.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare monthly and yearly account closing, make sure all figures are tally with Balance Sheet Notes schedule, IFRS Schedule & Interco Matrix.
• Prepare for monthly Close Call and present the Profit and loss & cash flow movement of the month.
• Prepare monthly Landlord 's Management Report.
• Prepare for monthly cash flow projection.
• Assist and support country manager on monthly, quarterly and yearly EOM slides.
• Review tax submission.
• Assist in preparing yearly budget.
• Check payment prepared by AP team.
• Liaise with external auditor on yearly audit.
• Liaise with external tax agent on yearly tax computation and submission.
• Liaise with company secretary, Commissioner for Oath and banker.
• Perform ad hoc assignments as required.
• Build solid relationships and give financial support across all departments and to vendors.
• Assist management in the preparation of the annual and monthly budgets, forecast, management reports and business plan

• Four years experience in a customer-facing leadership position, ideally within sales and operations.
• Personable with strong verbal and written communication
• Exceptionally organised with the ability to multitask
• Thrives under pressure and solution-oriented
• University Degree is an advantage
• Proficient in basic computer skills
• Strong business and commercial acumen
• Prior experience in co-working, real estate, or startup business would be an advantage
• Fluent in English and Mandarin literate
