Join our team as a Mechanical Design Engineer, where you'll play a key role in delivering engineering solutions across mechanical, controls, hydraulic, fire, and fuel services. Your expertise will guide projects from initial feasibility and scoping through design, site inspection, commissioning, and facilities management. You'll also support the lead fire and hydraulic engineer and provide presales support as needed.

You will play an important role to:

• Coordinate, direct and control the work of the sales personnel and ensure the achievement of sales targets and objectives.

• Ensure good knowledge of the market and monitor competitors' activities and provide any marketing data for management's information.

• Communicate with the field sales force on the company policies, product development, sales programs.

• Appraise the performance and assist in the training and development of sales personnel.
