JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Strategic planning to set and achieve sales goals of each territory based on customer preferences and buying trends; planning of A&P events and activities to craft sales and increase market shares;
• Support on proposals and presentations for fleet sales;
• Problem solving and coordination between branch with respective departments and resolving issues faced;
• Motivate, coaching and evaluate on sales performance
• Help make, promote and enforce company policies to standardize branch SOP
• Set up training programs for branches to keep up to date with product information and industry trends
• Monitor branch budget, expenditures, revenue and reporting to HQ.
• To develop corporate sales, prepare proposal, presentations and meeting with the corporate clients which leads to successful closing of sale
• To assists the General Manager to follow up on any business prospects & sales leads
• To be well-versed with the industry and actively contribute new ideas in order to create new business opportunities for company growth

Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management

• • Establish relationships with clients’ Information Technology (IT) and business unit executives, acting as a trusted advisor to understand their issues, needs, and requirements.
  • Manage client satisfaction regarding IT service delivery, ensuring profit objectives are met.

Sales and Business Development

• • Lead business development initiatives to identify and secure new customers through proactive strategies.
  • Manage account portfolios, tracking and reporting on metrics, growth opportunities, and potential risks.
  • Drive maintenance sales opportunities, including post-warranty services.
  • Achieve sales targets and maintain strong customer relationships.

Market and Strategic Management

Proposal and Contract Management: Prepare, present, negotiate, and finalize contracts, quotations, and proposals.

Issue Escalation and Problem Resolution: Act as the primary point of contact for escalated issues, ensuring timely resolution.

Post-Warranty and Maintenance Sales: Follow up on post-warranty opportunities to drive maintenance sales.

Requirements:

• Qualifications:
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent.
  • Professional certifications (e.g., Microsoft or CompTIA) are preferred.
• Experience:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in IT roles, with hands-on exposure to HP products, including TechPulse and Teradici.
  • Demonstrated expertise in SOE design and network image deployment.
• Skills:
  • Proficiency in English (written and spoken); additional language skills are advantageous.
  • Strong documentation and proposal writing skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with stakeholders at all levels.
