RESPONSIBILITIES

• Process quotes and order changes for assigned customers, ensuring timely reviews by senior Customer Success Representatives. Provide accurate pricing and delivery details according to company policies.

• Collaborate with Sales, Product Management, and Production teams to track customer orders, ensuring on-time deliveries and addressing any delays. Communicate shortages and work with global sites to resolve delays.

• Perform opening and closing procedures effectively according to store policies and procedures

• Process and replenish merchandise and ensured stock availability

Team management

• Co-Lead retail team to maintain visual merchandising and cleanliness standards of the store
• Create a positive work environment by motivating and encouraging the team to foster good relationships with one another
• Recruit and hire new store employees
• Responsible for training and onboarding new employees
• Create and manage store schedules 

Sales

• Set, monitor and achieve/exceed retail sales targets to drive improvement in company ranking
• Sales reporting: provides timely sales reports and analysis, making recommendations and flagging risks regarding anticipated shortfalls.
• Working close with company’s management, plan and implement suitable incentives and push out plans to boost sales

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or any relevant course of studies
• Minimum of 3 years of managerial experience in the retail industry
• Well versed in retail store processes and systems, proficient in Excel/ PowerPoint
• Prior experience in malls landlord relations

You will align talent planning, sourcing, hiring and associated processes and analytics for Malaysia resulting in a robust and positive experience that differentiates Western Digital as an employer of choice for both internal and external talent. This includes creating an innovative, cohesive Malaysia recruitment strategy, capturing talent insights that can drive business decisions, and delivering a phenomenal candidate experience.

· Align and help direct a cohesive team of country recruiters, ensuring that they are meeting their targets and adhering to best practices across the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires.

· Apply subject matter expertise with internal and external workforce trends and market talent intelligence to inform and create agile workforce plans.

· Help to track and analyze recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill and make recommendations for improvements; where challenges may occur, recognize and communicate them in a timely and data-driven fashion.

· Mentor, plan and consult (as a talent acquisition subject matter expert in university recruiting) with Global TA leaders in their go to market recruitment strategies and execution to maintain and elevate Western Digital’s strong employer brand in the Malaysia University System.

· Collaborate with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and help identify the best candidates.

· Regularly engage with global TA leadership and regional counterparts on strategic programs with a focus on attracting, engaging, and hiring a diverse slate of qualified talent

· Ensure compliance with local laws and local governing agencies.

· Collaborate cross-functionally and successfully navigate within a globally matrixed organization to investigate, analyze, and resolve critical and complex concerns.

· Provide a high level of energy, a powerful work ethic, and hands-on approach to execution of duties and roles.
