Sales Order Processing (80%)

• Process and manage sales orders from the point of receiving customers’ PO request to last-mile fulfillment and invoicing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Manage order changes, cancellations, and returns in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Comply with Company's Just-In-Time Order Processing standard - locking in Customer Purchase Order on the same business day of PO receipt. Not more than 3 credit notes per month for billing errors.

CRM & ERP Management

• Manage the company's customer relationship management (CRM) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
• Manage customer account information and maintain accurate records.
• Provide training and support to the Customer Service and Sales team on the use of the ERP and CRM system

Support Our Frontline Customer Service (20%)

• Serve as a backup for the frontline customer service team to cope with the demands.
• Build lasting customer relationships and enhance customer satisfaction through excellent service.

Job Scope

1) Manage construction activities and progress independently, able to understand structural drawing, specifications and requirements.

2) Supervise structural/architectural works, co-ordinate with client's representatives. 3) Supervise and lead a team of workers and sub contractor to perform on site works. 4) Resolve design site problems encounter during the construction period. 5) Ensure the quality of work.

6) Responsible for implementing the work plan of the project manager.

7) Prepare daily progress report and work schedule .

8) Oversee quality control and safety and health matters on site.

9) Attend projects meetings.

Requirements

1) 3-4 years of working experiences in construction (infrastructure).

2) Civil Engineering or equivalent professional qualification.

3) Effective team player with interpersonal skills and the ability to work with remote teams. 4) Excellent time management and independent decision-making skills.

5) Self-motivated and proactive.

• 遵守公司的即時訂單處理標準 - 在收到採購訂單的同一工作日鎖定客戶採購訂單。每月因帳單錯誤而發出的貸方票據不得超過 3 張。

• 管理公司的客戶關係管理（CRM）和企業資源規劃（ERP）系統，確保資料的準確性和完整性。
• 管理客戶帳戶資訊並維護準確的記錄。

Ensure that safety and security standard and procedure are put into practice in the most effective and efficient way. Be strong in crisis management and can handle crisis situation. Ensure that our customers can enjoy shopping experience in our area safely.

Your assignment

• Oversee day-to-day safety and security operations within the shopping centre.
• Assist in developing EHS and security policies, procedures and training materials and promote EHS program to ensure compliance.
• Assist to develop and implement crisis management and emergency response plans.
• Coordinate with local authorities, emergency services, and relevant stakeholders during emergencies.
• Conduct pre-opening inspections to ensure that tenant fit-out activities comply with company safety and security guidelines.
• Utilize CCTV systems and other security technologies to monitor the shopping centre premises.
• Maintain accurate records of security-related activities.
• Manage access control systems and ensure the security of entry points.
• Issue and monitor access cards for coworkers, tenants, and authorized personnel.
• Review and approve permit to work, including hot work permits, impairment permits, working at height permits, and other safety and security permits.
• Collaborate with internal departments, tenants, and external partners to enhance overall safety and security.
• Foster positive relationships with law enforcement agencies and emergency services.
• Provide ongoing training to the security team on relevant security procedures and protocols.
• Conduct investigations into security breaches, thefts, or other incidents, and liaise with law enforcement agencies as necessary.
• Maintain accurate records of security incidents, investigations, and training activities, and prepare reports for management review.
• Assist in conducting internal safety and security audits and firefighting equipment testing.
