Job Brief

We are looking for a dynamic and highly motivated Finance & Admin Executive to join our organization. In this role, you will work closely with the external financial administrator to record all the financial transactions of the company, as well as process invoices, purchase orders, and manage payroll (via HR Easily). We are searching for a talented and motivated event executive to plan outstanding and unforgettable events. You will be responsible for every part of event preparations, such as attending event enquiries, proposals, and meetings. As the event executive, you should be well-organized and able to handle event venues, suppliers, and vendor management.
