Responsibilities:

Ensures that the Department’s activities are aligned with the Corporate Finance Strategy, and that the Hotel Actions have been implemented where appropriate.

Monitors and ensures that hotel licences are renewed on time.
Administers and renews insurance policies.
Assists with the preparation of the annual Finance Business Plan ensuring Divisional Objectives fully address business objectives of the hotel and needs of employees.
Oversee all accounting operations including Billing, A/R, A/P, GL and Counsel, Cost Accounting, Inventory Accounting and Revenue Recognition.
Coordinate and direct the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts and report variances.
Plan and publish timely monthly financial statements.
Coordinate the preparation of regulatory reporting.
Research technical accounting issues for compliance.
Support month-end and year-end close process.
Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting.
Manage and comply with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings.
Produce and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls.

Requirements:

Proven working experience as a Cost / Assistant Financial Controller.
Possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Accounting.
CPA or CMA preferred.
Extensive knowledge of accounting principles and procedures.
Good with creating financial statements.
Experience with general ledger functions and the month-end/year-end close process.
Excellent accounting software user and administration skills.

What you'll be doing

Act as the personal assistant for the CEO
Manage and organize schedules, appointments, and meetings for the executive team/manager/individual.

In charge person of company safety and cleanliness. Make sure all employees follow the SOP of the company
Handle any other tasks or responsibilities as assigned by the employer.

What we're looking for

Job Responsibilities:

Job Qualifications:

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a high-volume kitchen, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or leadership role, preferably in catering or event-focused kitchens.
Experience managing catering operations for both on-site and off-site events is highly desirable.
Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, kitchen management, and catering operations.
Experience with menu planning, food costing, and event logistics.
Excellent leadership, organizational, and time-management skills.
Strong ability to work under pressure, especially during large or high-profile events.
Exceptional attention to detail in food quality, presentation, and safety.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact with clients, staff, and other departments.

Key Responsibilities:

Executive Support:

Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CSIO, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements.

Prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously, ensuring that the CSIO's time is used efficiently.

Assist with the preparation and review of presentations, reports, and other key documents.

Act as a liaison between the CSIO and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring timely communication and follow-up.

Project Management:
